As a Practising Privileges Co-Ordinator at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you’ll have efficient clerical support to assist the clinical governance function for Parkside Hospital London. To carry out all duties in accordance with Customer Care standards. A high level of attention to detail and confidentiality is essential for this post.
As a Practising Privileges Co-Ordinator, you will:
- Making up new Consultants’ personal files as new Consultants join the Hospital and Cancer Centre London
- Liaising with the Occupational Health Advisor regarding written evidence of hepatitis B status
- Processing applications for Disclosure and Barring Service certificates
- Writing to chase updated copies of certificates from Consultants and other users as they expire
- Undertake the Practising Privileges Audit to monitor compliance
- Undertake the Biennial Review Audit to monitor compliance
