Job Overview: Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced injection moulding setter to join their team to support continued business growth.

This position will suit a skilled Injection Moulding Setter / Technician who is looking to further their career within the industry

* This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Mould Setter with good injection moulding machinery and processing knowledge to join a forward-thinking company offering further training and development opportunities

* Candidates MUST HAVE several years’ experience within setting, conditioning and process optimisation of injection moulding machines and experience with a range of materials

You will be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machines to achieve repeatable production to the approved standard

* As Injection Moulding Setter you will be required to ensure optimum cycle times are achieved and maintained

* Supervise shift personnel and adhere to procedures related to processing, scrap and ensure that the correct Health & Safety and housekeeping levels are maintained

* Identify the implementation of process improvements within the factory

* Ensure all injection moulding equipment is operating efficiently

* Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing is ESSENTIAL

* Experience of process problem solving within an injection moulding environment

* Industry recognized injection moulding qualifications
