Acquire Digital Talent is a recruitment & search firm that supports some of the world's most disruptive consumer brands across various verticals such as Pet, Health & Wellness, Food & Drink, Apparel, Travel and more. We were founded in 2018 by Alex Marriner, a recruitment veteran of 14 years who has specialised in Marketing throughout his career. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team and lead and develop one of our key divisions.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you'll not only have the opportunity to work with a client base from day one but also be backed by our recognised brand name. This support, combined with our established communities and resources, will significantly bolster your efforts in winning new business and achieving your goals, providing a solid foundation for your success in the role.

You will be responsible for a 360 recruiting position, including winning new clients, managing recruitment processes, developing your brand, and mentoring junior team members as they join your specific division. This comprehensive role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the growth of our firm.

With our ambitious plans for significant growth in our UK and US teams in the coming years, we offer a unique opportunity for future progression. You could step into the roles of Principal/Head of, future Director, and beyond, making this a career move with long-term potential.

You will have a background in a 360-recruitment position with a track record of hitting targets and generating revenue through your outbound activities. Experience recruiting within marketing, creative, data, or product positions would be beneficial, although any specialist market experience would be considered. Either way, you'll be excited by wanting to become an expert and recruitment thought leader in your specific niche.

Our offices are located in the heart of Bournemouth, and we offer a generous commission structure. You can earn up to 25% of your commissionable revenue. As a small team, we are in the office to help grow and develop our culture, but there is flexibility and the opportunity for hybrid working in future.
