Contracts/Projects Administrator
As a Contracts/Projects Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our client''s mission to provide top-notch services and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. Capture and accurately document customer job briefs and requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate with fellow Contract Administrators and Branch Managers to ensure prompt and high-quality responses to customer needs.
Keep track of customer and job records through our client''s Despatch Scheduling Module and CRM management systems.

While previous sales experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
