Role and Responsibilities:

As Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), you'll shape and execute the firm's AI strategy, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities include:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement AI vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs.
Technology Leadership: Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to enhance client value and market differentiation.
Partnership Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships with tech providers, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead in AI advancements.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing AI team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with consulting teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver AI-driven insights and solutions.
Thought Leadership: Represent our firm in industry forums, showcasing thought leadership in AI and emerging tech.

Qualifications and Requirements:

8+ years' experience in AI strategy, development, and implementation in consulting or tech-driven environments.
Strong leadership skills, proven in building and managing high-performing AI teams.
Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Track record of driving business impact through AI initiatives with focus on client outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
