Job Summary:NEW ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Administrator. As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Duties:- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary- Assist with data entry and record keeping- Organize and maintain company newsletter - Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed- Support the team in various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:- Previous experience in an administrative or PA role preferred- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and using various software applications- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation- Experience with accounting software is a plus- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
