Performance & Governance Analyst - London market insurer
London - Hybrid working
I'm currently working with a London market insurer that are looking for a talented individual to join their Performance and Governance team. Liaising with teams across both group and local teams to gain an understanding of how teams operate and their performance
Establish reporting & SLA capabilities, reporting on performance metrics
Take an active role in implementing contract renewals calendar and tracking till completion
Drive a performance culture with 3rd parties through vendor governance framework and tiering system
Take ownership of reporting to management through information decks and reports that engage and inform stakeholders, adhering to corporate standards
Knowledge of managing 3rd parties through implementing governance processes
Previous experience operating in a PMO and project environment
Regulatory reporting knowledge
