Job Description

As our VIP & Events manager, you are responsible for leading the management, development and implementation of all things VIP & Events for Agent Provocateur. Working closely with our new Director of Brand & Communications, you will be an integral part of the communications team, building and overseeing a forward-thinking, culturally relevant VIP strategy for the brand, as well as managing new and existing relationships with VIPs, KOLs, Influencers, Stylists and the wider AP community.

With a strong background in VIP & Events, you will be expected to:

  • Drive brand awareness, engagement and visibility for AP through a relevant, on-brand audience
  • Have a good grasp of the global cultural calendar and key dressing moments / opportunities
  • Stay on top of industry trends, social media and industry developments, anticipating how to keep ahead of the curve.
  • Have strong planning and organisational skills, especially with sample management and events in mind
  • Track, analyze, and monitor monthly digital & VIP coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
  • Set clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for VIP activations and be able to articulate tangible business results to senior management

The role will include:

  • Identifying VIPs, Influencer & KOLs for socials, brand partnerships and events
  • Managing all top-tier dressing appts and pull requests
  • Proactively outreaching to talent, stylists, managers and publicists, as well as assessing / managing all incoming requests
  • Supporting with the planning of all AP events
  • Advising on a clear VIP strategy for all AP events and the delivery of a seamless “white glove” end-to-end experience throughout.
  • Maintaining and developing an organised database of AP contacts, to include talent, managers, stylists and the wider AP community
