  • We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Northmapton. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our client's banking products and services meet the ever-evolving needs of their customers.

    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with business leaders across various departments (lending, risk management, wealth management, etc.) to understand their challenges and strategic goals.
    • Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise high-level designs, working closely with development and IT teams.
    • Own and refine these high-level designs, ensuring they are compliant with banking regulations, secure, and deliver a seamless user experience.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and regulatory bodies, fostering clear communication and alignment.
    • Document technical and business requirements in a clear and concise manner specific to the banking domain.
    • Participate in workshops and user interviews to gather valuable insights and feedback from customers and internal teams.
    • Analyse data and industry trends to identify potential solutions for optimising banking processes and enhancing customer experience.

    To be successful, you will possess:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience in creating and owning high-level designs within the banking sector.
    • Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation specific to banking regulations and workflows.
    • Understanding of core banking principles and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
