We're seeking an Asset Manager who will take ownership of a dynamic portfolio, driving financial performance and ensuring our assets deliver both exceptional living experiences and outstanding investor returns.
This is a career-defining opportunity to combine strategic decision-making with financial expertise, working within one of the leading operators in the Build to Rent sector. Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and performance across a diverse Build to Rent portfolio.
Lead on rent reviews, pricing strategies, and revenue management to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
Financial Performance & Reporting

Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for each asset.
Deliver detailed financial reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Analyse asset performance using advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, dashboards, and data visualisation.
Act as the primary contact for investors, delivering transparent updates and performance reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align asset strategies with broader investment goals.
Present business plans and proposals for capital expenditures, backed by thorough financial analysis.
Market Analysis

Conduct detailed market research to benchmark portfolio performance, assess trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Risk Management & Compliance

Ensure all assets operate within regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
Proactively identify and address issues that could impact financial performance.
Work closely with the leasing, marketing, and property management teams to align strategies and drive asset value.

Proven experience in financial asset management, ideally in the residential, or commercial sector.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of income and expenditure management, P&L, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Experience presenting complex financial information to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
