As the Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue generation. This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that will shape the future of clinical solutions and make a significant impact on healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of strategic partnerships, contracts, and licensing agreements.
  • Drive the development of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our clinical solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical solutions, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Prior experience in clinical monitoring or clinical project management would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market dynamics to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
