Engineering Director

This amazing Engineering Director role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading electronics business in Berkshire.
Using your knowledge of electronics, NPI, testing and strategic management, you will be the key member within the team, and the Engineering Director that secures this position is crucial to the future success of this dynamic company.
You will provide leadership, presence and energy to the engineering team across sites, drive technology initiatives and investments, and drive change via continuous test improvements.
You will oversee all part of the NPI process including compliance and transition into production. You will establish and drive KPI’s to manage key performance, create an atmosphere of teamwork with other members of the SLT, work closely with sales and operations, and provide leadership & energy to the engineering team across sites.
You will also need to be commercially minded with business acumen, and be able to converse with engineers on a technical level.
