In 1993 we developed Austria's first real-time stock market terminal and today, under the name of ourfounder Christian Baha, we go global and internationally compete with the old industry leaders suchas Reuters and Bloomberg. We serve our customers via our self-operated high-end data centers in NewYork, London, Frankfurt and Vienna and convince them with our customer feedback driven productexperience.

About the roleAs a Country Manager, you will build and lead a lean local team to deliver sustainable growth inUnited Kingdom. Reporting to the CEO and the Head of Sales, you will own the business and itsdevelopment in United Kingdom. You will be responsible for baha’s local growth and customer success.
What you’ll do- Build, own and implement baha’s sales & growth strategy in your market.
- Build, lead, mentor and develop a lean local team to deliver sustainable growth in your market.
- Use and grow your extensive local network to place baha products and especially its outstandingmarket data terminal solution in the market especially at financial institutions of any size.
- Publicly represent baha at local events and in the relationship with the media and keystakeholders.
- Leverage data and local insights to propose product optimisations in line with specific marketneeds.
- Work closely with our key product & development teams and the other markets teams to make ourproduct and the customer experience even greater.
- Consistently monitor your market’s performance and report progress on a weekly, monthly andquarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in the market data or financial industry and a proven network in UnitedKingdom.
- Confident, driven, dynamic leader with outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonalskills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in building and leading lean teams, setting up the appropriate context and enablingyour team members to deliver on their goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working cross-functionally to deliverthe best results for the business.
- Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requirescreativity, fast learning and out-of-the-box-thinking.
- Excellent academic credentials and proven track-record of success in previous roles.
- Excellent English language skills. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
