# Collaborate cross functionally with product development, operations and finance to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies and inventory
# Liaising closely with marketing and the founders to maximize growth opportunities
# Define and execute the 3-5 year commercial plan inline with growth plan. This will include product ranging, commercial planning, market expansion
# Reviewing any underperformance and interrogating data to provide insights and manage any future risks
# Lead the commercial strategy and execution for all areas of sales, driving revenue growth, profit and market expansion
# Managing and reporting daily/weekly/monthly sales/KPI's and promotions to the wider business
