As a Lead Consultant at ESG, you will support multiple medium to large scale projects and programme deliveries, from pre-sales through to go live, combining both business and technology skills and industry knowledge. Utilising detailed knowledge of our product and services, you will deliver functional-product and energy industry consultancy focusing mainly on delivery of Customer CRM and associated processes, alongside providing support and guidance for the optimum delivery and use of our products in consideration of the Clients own environment and business needs. Educate and support ESG customers through the delivery of knowledge transfer, training, configuration, implementation, and product support in line with CRM processes.
Support the delivery of medium to large scale projects for both external Client and internal change programmes .
Create, document and evaluate CRM business processes and identify links to Functional Requirements.
Working alongside Business Analysts to understand new industry requirements for customers and ESG teams, particularly those arising from large-scale industry change.
Identify additional up-sell/cross-sell opportunities as a result of existing Client legacy systems challenges and/or poorly optimised business processes and liaise with the Account Managers and/or Service Delivery Managers to ensure that the client's needs are met.

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a Consultant, Trainer, Business Analyst, or equivalent customer facing role. Mainly focusing on CRM processes.
Experience in providing functional consultancy including understanding functional requirements and aligning them to best suit a customer’s business needs
Project a professional and confident image
Be able to prepare / maintain a variety of project documents to a high standard
Experience with coaching or mentoring junior members of staff
