We seek to appoint a permanent HR Director to help us realise our vision. Reporting to our Corporate Services Director, you will be a key pillar in both our leadership team and the broader NDA group HR community. our CSD to implement corporate decisions and initiatives - such as developing our long-term strategic vision and integrated people strategy
inspiring, and developing your HR teams – ensuring resilience, consistency and quality whilst maintaining our ability to recruit, attract, retain, and develop great talent
with key stakeholders – including the NWS board, trades unions, regulators, and the NDA group – to deliver critical programmes, and projects.
