About You

With experience in a similar role, youll be great with data processing and be a great communicator.

Youll assist our team with

Delivering a customer focused service with target timescales and Muirs service standards.

Liaising with stakeholders and residents to track repairs and keep accurate records of all correspondence.

The daily management of claims within the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions, regulatory changes, legislative responsibilities and sector guidance for disrepair to ensure effective management of our process.

You will be comfortable working with colleagues across our business, in an environment focused on continuous improvement, value for money, learning and innovation. You will support the Property Services Team to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
