Senior Project Architect at Acclaimed Urban Design Studio

This acclaimed studio, based in a central area of London, specializes in architecture that not only shapes cities but also respects and integrates historical contexts into its modern designs. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be at the forefront of multiple residential projects, guiding them from detailed design through to completion. You will be expected to manage project deliverables across various stages, ensuring the highest quality and integration of innovative solutions.

Six to ten years’ post-Part 3 experience in the UK, specifically with large-scale residential projects.
- Complete proficiency in Revit, with a solid foundation in BIM workflows.
- Exceptional technical knowledge, particularly in areas such as Technical Housing Standards NDSS, the London Plan, and building regulations.
- Proven ability to supervise a project team, ensuring effective collaboration and mentorship.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to liaise effectively with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
