They now need a Senior Account Manager to continue to build relationships between clients and the agency. This is a vital role as this individual will ensure that they meet their client’s needs and create brand and marketing outputs they are all proud of and positively impact our clients’ business. 
As Senior Account Manager, you will need to be a creative problem solver, be able to manage internal and external comms, have an eye for detail and have the tenacity to drive projects to completion. The role will require a broad knowledge and a high standard of online and offline marketing channels and tactics. You will be working on activity as varied as product launches, creating new websites or managing events. 
The Senior Account Manager role
Managing the client relationship of a selection of accounts through effective communication, problem-solving and responding to requests
Taking client briefs and communicating the requirements to creatives, designers, copywriters and other agency partners
Scoping of projects, writing project/campaign proposals
Presenting and selling creative work (some pitch work may also be required)
Developing timing plans, ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
in collaboration with other team members, reporting on work/campaign performance and KPIs
Senior Account Manager Core Skills
Previous 2 to 3 years experience as a Account Manager within an agency environment
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
Exceptionally well organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
Flexible and able to solve problems
