15-20 hours per week up to £35,000 FTE dependent on experience
The Marketing Manager is responsible for growing Mini First Aid’s brand awareness amongst our target audience, setting and delivering the Marketing strategy and co-ordinating activities between the social media manager, PR agency & digital marketing manager to deliver effective multi-channel Marketing plans.
Key responsibilities:
·Support Mini First Aid’s leadership team with development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy
·Own & manage marketing budget to deliver agreed KPIs
·Co-ordinate Mini First Aid’s PR & Marketing activities across social media, digital marketing and ‘owned’ media (e.g. blog, newsletter)
·Lead weekly Marketing meeting (with Social Media Manager & Marketing Assistant) to ensure Marketing plans are delivered consistently across all channels
·Project Management of the Family Health podcast and events such as Baby & Toddler Shows
·Identify branded partners for collaboration and sponsorship
·Ensure Mini First Aid brand assets & systems are used consistently by all franchisees and partners.
