As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dedicated team. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects within the Heritage, Arts, and Culture sector. The successful candidate will lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
  3. Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
  4. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the Heritage, Arts, and Culture sector.
  7. Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to clients and senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Heritage, Arts, and Culture projects.
  3. Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards project success.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the Heritage, Arts, and Culture sector.
  7. Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable
