As a Product Business Analyst, your role entails collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to shape and refine product development strategies. A consultative mindset and persuasive abilities are essential for driving impactful product enhancements tailored to meet our client's needs.

Your key responsibilities as a Product Business Analyst will include the following:
  • Running product development initiatives from ideation to final delivery
  • Fostering effective collaboration with other product teams, while serving as a vital member of Agile Scrum Teams
  • Partnering closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to grasp proposition roadmaps and deliverables comprehensively
  • Collecting requirements, crafting user stories, and establishing clear acceptance criteria
  • Providing valuable support to the development and QA teams, facilitating smooth project execution
  • Reviewing test cases meticulously to uphold quality standards
  • Generating detailed progress reports for Product Managers
  • Demonstrating adeptness in influencing product teams and spearheading change initiatives as needed, championing both requirement enhancements and internal process optimizations
  • Offering reliable backup support for client issues and escalations as required
Requirements

To join us as a Product Business Analyst, you will need the following skills and experience:
  • You have excellent communication skills across various facets of the role (including projects, support, and team collaboration)
  • You have previous experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
  • You have strong organizational abilities and can effectively manage workloads and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • You demonstrated the capability to influence broader business decisions
  • You are up-to-date with current technologies and industry advancements
  • You are a collaborative team player with an independent and structured approach to tasks
  • You adhere to a structured work methodology with a focus on high-quality standards
  • Knowledge of the fund industry and familiarity with ESG principles are highly advantageous
