Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities

* Incoming support queries from customers.

* Ownership of support issues.

* Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support queries.

* Onboarding of customers.

* Liaising with departments to resolve outstanding issues.

Skills & Experience Required

* Network troubleshooting skills.

* Windows and Linux server experience.

* Group Policy and Active Directory.

* Antivirus, firewalls, Wireshark, and VPN exposure.

* 2+ years' experience on a technical support desk.
