Requirements and details of the role:
We are seeking to appoint a Solicitor or FCILEx to join our Court of Protection Team.
We are seeking applications from candidates who meet the criteria as a Grade B fee earner
under the Solicitors' guideline hourly rates.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in this area, including running their own
caseload.
The role will involve managing a caseload with support from paralegals within the Team.
The successful candidate will preferably have prior experience of or the willingness to
supervise more junior members of the team and willing to assist the Team Leader in in the
development and marketing of the team.
The successful candidate must agree to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring
Service check prior to the employment commencing, in accordance with the Office of the
Public Guardian Deputy Standards for Professional Deputies.
Good prospects of career progression for the right candidate.


Salary & Benefits:
* Salary is dependent upon experience.
