In the position you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business ventures across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Country Counsel, you'll be responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance on a variety of transactions and matters. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented commercial lawyer to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate complex hardware, services, and subscription-based software transactions. Advise on legal risks associated with sales activities, including distribution, non-standard agreements, disputes, and online sales. Conduct legal reviews of global templates, programs, new product offerings, and Go-To-Market initiatives. Contribute to the development and delivery of legal guidance and training to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency. Required Education and Experience: Qualified Solicitor in Scotland or England and Wales. 4-10 years PQE of relevant experience. Solid legal knowledge in all relevant commercial areas of law.
