Job Title: Safety Risk Management Lead - EMEA Location: Contract Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)
Pay Rate: £65 - £75 per hour
Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week

As a Safety Risk Management Lead, you will play a vital role in managing product safety and risk assessment activities across EMEA. You will handle tasks of varying complexity, support safety governance processes, and mentor junior team members. This position is ideal for someone with extensive pharmacovigilance experience, expertise in signal detection, and a strong grasp of safety data analysis.

Lead safety signal management activities, including detection, evaluation, and tracking.
Oversee periodic safety report preparation and data review from clinical trials and post-marketing sources.
Provide safety input for key study documents (protocols, IB, ICF).
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and client agreements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in pharmacy, nursing, healthcare, or related field.
~10+ years in pharmacovigilance, with expertise in signal detection and safety management.
~ Strong skills in data analysis, MedDRA, Oracle Empirica, and MS Office.
~ Excellent communication, project management, and mentoring abilities.
