Dynamic Team Environment: Collaborate with Project Directors, Heads of Operations, and a diverse team of professionals to implement innovative sustainability solutions and drive continual improvement.

Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of sustainability and the environment, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and fostering a culture of continual improvement.
Lead and develop a team of Environmental and Sustainability Advisors, providing coaching and support to drive excellence.
Coordinate environmental and sustainability commitments, conduct project impact assessments, and manage sustainability risks and mitigation strategies.
Produce external and internal environment and sustainability reports, utilizing data insights to inform key business decisions and drive improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and management systems, while effectively communicating and implementing the E&S strategy across projects.
Proven experience in the Civils/Utilities/Major Construction industry in an environmental and/or sustainability role, with a degree in a relevant field.
Leadership experience, with the ability to positively influence environmental and sustainability practices within projects.
Specialist knowledge/expertise in areas such as construction noise and vibration, waste management, and experience in ISO14001 implementation.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to operate effectively in a range of environments.
Environmental auditor qualification and/or health and safety qualification.
Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with experience working under or delivering a Development Consent Order (DCO).
Cost estimation and commercial awareness skills.
