Logistics Manager

We will look to you to oversee the warehouse and transport functions for the UK as well as ensure both present and future service provision requirements are in place to meet strategic needs.

Achieve KPI targets linked to service/quality/cost.

* Effective contracts management of large contract, logistics service providers

* Ensure effective distribution of finished goods to customers.

* Manage Logistics Service Provider partnerships to deliver core KPIs and cost benefit initiatives.

* Identify & oversee delivery of continuous improvement projects.

* Participate in Cross Cluster and or Cross Deco UK Projects.

* Lead organization to deliver transformational Logistics projects

* Significant experience in a senior logistic operations management role covering both warehouse and transport operations.

* Degree qualification, ideally within supply chain or logistics.

* Experience of inspiring & motivating teams in warehousing/logistics environments.

* FMCG/Retail experience is advantageous

* In-depth knowledge of managing complex logistics operations that are compliant and safe.

* Management and delivery of large transformation projects

* 3PL Logistics Management experience
