Job Type: Temporary but full time (potential for permanent)
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEMH Primary and Secondary school located in Redbridge, East London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism and ADHD.
Work one-to-one with students with SEN needs, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs.
Proven experience working one-to-one with students with SEN needs, particularly Autism and ADHD.
Strong academic background.
Minimum of 1 year working in a UK school setting.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to working with children.
Must be willing to undergo compliance checks and be available for an immediate interview.
Competitive daily pay rate.
