Path Sport are a small sports marketing agency with big ambitions - we've had excellent success in our first year and now we're ready for the next step. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager on a part-time basis to secure new clients to help the business scale.

About You

  • You’ll love sport. In fact, you’ll have some experience working in sport and live & breathe it
  • You’ll be a proactive person, willing to put in the graft to get your reward
  • You’ll be looking for flexibility and/or happy working in a fractional capacity
  • You’ll probably have existing contacts in sport
  • You’ll enjoy opening doors, making connections and talking to people

About the role

  • Proactively find new clients for Path Sport
  • Use the company's, founder's and your own social media platforms for outreach
  • Track and highlight any relevant RFPs for Path Sport to respond to
  • Build, manage and nurture the new business pipeline
  • Support the founder with any new business proposals or presentations
  • Utilise existing Path Sport marketing materials to approach prospective new clients
  • Work with our retained graphic designer to create additional assets
  • Weekly reporting to Founder of progress

About Path Sport

Founded in December 2023, it's been a fantastic first year. Our founder specialises (alongside Alan Partridge-isms and The Office UK quotes) in sports marketing, having done it for 10 years' for the likes of The Jockey Club, Badminton England, Bowls England & Essex Cricket and on events like the Commonwealth Games and Rugby World Cup.
