Opportunity to join our commercial building team supplying quality replacement UPVC Window and doors to the housing authorities and public sector - the role reports direct to the Commercial Director and will include:

Manage Q.S function within the team managing the company's contractual and commercial interests within its contracting activities
Prepare accurate reporting of the financial position of given projects and maximise profitability
Identify any financial risks and highlight
Contribute to the preparation of the Divisions business plans
Oversee the placing of any sub-contracts
Prepare any loss and expense claims
Attend regular progress meetings with clients
Provide clients with budgetary information and cashflow forecasts
Manage and be responsible for the measurement, drawings instructions and actual work on site
