TA/ Teaching Assistant

Connex Education is thrilled to be working with a mainstream primary school, with an element of SEN, in the heart of Handsworth. This role requires a nurturing, passionate and encouraging teaching assistant who is willing to embrace this school’s ethos and create meaningful interactions with both staff and students. As a teaching assistant your role is crucial in supporting teachers and pupils on a day-to-day basis. You will need to be flexible and adaptive as well as display a genuine passion for your responsibilities in encouraging pupils to feel inspired and engaged. As you will be working with a mixture of mainstream and SEN students you will need to be knowledgeable in your approach and guidance through each interaction you have and to remember that any two days will never be the same
