We are looking for Support Workers to join our Agency team at Meridian Business Support Paying from £12.80 - £19.80 per hour depending on shift. Your role as a Support Worker would be to support adults with learning disabilities in residential settings and supported living. The main duties of a Support Worker : Provide person-centered care to a range of vulnerable individuals across various settings. Assist with mobility, moving and handling and promoting independence Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual’s health and well-being needs. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information. Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others. Promote best practices as a Support Worker in health and safety and security. Assist in maintaining and developing services. Contribute to quality improvement. Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights. Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
