Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all food and beverage activities, maintaining an exceptional level of service.
  • Managing and training kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers.
  • Assisting with recruitment where necessary
  • Handling any customer issues or questions professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, costings, order supplies, and manage stock rotation efficiently.
  • Working to develop and manage budgets to optimise profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in food production processes and culinary techniques.
  • Experience in managing restaurant operations effectively.
  • Strong people management experience, able to create and maintain a positive work culture
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Familiarity with bar operations and cocktail preparation.
  • Background in hotel or restaurant management is an advantage
