Kennedys is looking for a Client Services Manager to join the Kennedys Client Services team which is part of the BD & Marketing Department and also reports into the Kennedys Liability Defence Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Client Relationship Partners and others in managing the quality and performance of a select number of insurer clients' contracts.
The successful candidate will report to and work collaboratively with the Head of Client Services. Kennedys Relationship Management and other BD colleagues in UK and across the globe
Business Services Managers, such as those working in Finance, Client Reporting and Insights, Risk & Compliance, Knowledge and Corporate & Public Affairs teams.
Kennedys' Client Services team promotes Kennedys services to deliver quality work in line with contractual requirements. This role is part of the BD & Marketing Department.
Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing & Communications and Marketing Technology & Data. These functions support the BD&M activity across five regions - APAC, EMEA, LATAM, UK and the US.
Support Client Relationship Partners in delivering excellent service to our Insurer Clients in line with and going above and beyond contractual requirements
Develop trusted and lasting relationships with Clients' Legal Supply Teams and Claims Managers
Collaborate with BD to ensure CRPs are prepared for client meetings and attend client review meetings as required
Assist BD counterparts in identifying opportunities to grow the Firm's revenue with each allocated client account
Knowledge of claims handling and litigation
Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects and negotiate deadlines
