Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Depot Manager, preferably with a background in hire or engineering, to manage our busy depot in Bristol. As a Depot Manager, you will:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction is paramount
  2. Proactively manage the team
  3. Independently run the depot
  4. Drive the business forward
  5. Continue delivering excellent customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in team management
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Understanding of Health and Safety practices
  • Experience with profit and loss accounts and budgets
  • Ownership and responsibility-taking capabilities
  • Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and trades
  • Previous hire process experience is advantageous
  • Support for ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
  • Valid driving license
