Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Estimator role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Senior Estimator, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting cost analysis, preparing estimates and budgets, collaborating with project teams, and managing the bidding process. You will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing project risks, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of estimates.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and industry best practices
  • Experience in managing and overseeing the bidding process
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Senior Estimator or similar role

Paying up to 95K PA plus benefits
