Due to growth, they have several vacancies for domestic plumbers to join their team on a full-time permanent basis covering either North West, West, or South West London areas carrying out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and wet works within domestic properties. Duties: * General Plumbing Maintenance inclusive of:

  • Replacing Radiators and TRVs
  • Replacing Ball Valves
  • Replacing Pipework
  • Replacing Cylinders
  • Identifying and Fixing Leaks
  • Fixing and Replacing Taps
  • Ensuring a high level of customer care is met on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meeting business KPIs
  • Following Health & Safety Guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
  • 1 years’ experience as a Plumber
  • Previous experience working within domestic properties carrying out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems
  • Diploma, City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Plumbing
  • Full UK Driving Licence – no more than 6 points
  • No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
Salary & Package:
  • Improver/Trainee - £25,000 per annum
  • Plumbing Diploma & Under 2 years’ experience - £25,000 per annum plus Bonus
  • Plumbing Diploma & 2 years’ experience - £28,000 per annum plus Bonus
  • NVQ Level 2- & 6 months experience - £30,000 per annum plus Bonus
  • NVQ Level 2 & 2 years’ experience - £35,000 per annum plus Bonus
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 to 4 years’ experience - £38,000 per annum plus Bonus
  • NVQ Level 2 & 5 years’ experience - £40,000 per annum plus Bonus
  • Expected OTE with bonus & call out - £10,000+ per annum on top of basic annual salary
  • Van & Fuelcard Provided
  • 45 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Call out once per week paid additionally per job
  • 28 days Holiday including Bank Holiday
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Ongoing training and development
