Lead Java Consultant

Location: London (3 days per week in the office)

Java, JavaScript, React, AWS, Technical Leadership, Consulting Experience

A Java Technical Lead with expertise in Java development is urgently needed for a leading consultancy organisation. This role involves taking ownership of technical solutions for major client accounts undergoing technology transformations, with extensive scope for growth. You will be an integral member of the team, providing expert advisory services and support to clients, including knowledge transfer and mentoring of less experienced team members. You will have a solid track record in Java Development, with experience in delivering complex solutions for enterprise-level clients.

Technical Leadership: Take ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Java, JavaScript, React, and cloud platforms like AWS. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead in both consulting and non-consulting roles.
Strong programming skills in Java.
Cloud Experience AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
Further knowledge across JavaScript, React, NodeJS
