About the Role
CHEC has a new opportunity for an Inhouse Recruiter to join our resourcing team in Preston.
Our resourcing team proactively partner with all hiring managers to find the best candidates for their vacancies and support them throughout the process.
We are looking for a recruiter who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys sourcing, as well as contributing to the wider strategy.
Day to day you will...
- Create advertisements, using the best routes to market to attract candidates
- Proactively source using appropriate tools
- Conduct screening calls and prepare shortlists on behalf of the hiring managers
- Manage vacancies from requisition through to offer
- Suggest improvements for our processes and systems
- Support the wider resourcing strategy and projects
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience within a resourcing or talent acquisition role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fantastic organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise within a busy role
