The Senior Protein Scientist will conduct laboratory experimentation to support the Technology Transfer, Development, and Siting of new GMP processes. This role is essential to ensuring our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards while adhering to customer requirements and regulatory compliance. Laboratory Work:

Design and execute experiments and analyses as guided by project leads, ensuring effective technology transfers and the development of robust manufacturing processes.
Document laboratory work meticulously in standard notebooks and prepare results for technical reports while adhering to all relevant procedures.
Quality Assurance:
Follow established laboratory procedures to execute work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with technical personnel across Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing to support development projects.
Housekeeping and ESH:
Ensure the development laboratory maintains compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Uphold COSHH regulations and conduct risk assessments as required.

Training and Mentorship:
~ Train new or less experienced staff on laboratory procedures and equipment operation to foster a knowledgeable and competent team.


Meet project timelines consistently.
Ensure the integrity of raw data and analytical interpretations.
D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field with extensive experience in ADCs.
Strong understanding of GMP processes and regulatory requirements in a laboratory setting.
Key Performance Indicators:
Contribution to development projects through experimental efforts and data compilation.
Achievement of financial deliverables tied to development projects.
