We are recruiting for individuals who have a genuine interest and passion for building a career in Agricultural Engineering. You will have the ability to workwith many of our operational teams involving a wide variety of equipment and machinery to provide a wide range of experience and learning opportunities.

Breakdowns/Fault Finding

  • Promptly attend machinery breakdowns/malfunctions carrying out such work as necessary to ensure that machinery and equipment is adequately maintained.

Preventative Maintenance

  • Maintain a planned preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring such work is carried out as necessary to ensure that equipment and services are adequately maintained.
  • Work with a view to aid the site in maximisingyields, quality, and profit, while minimising cost.

Equipment

  • Ensure all equipment is always in good safe working order, provisioning for timely servicing and repair.

Research, Innovation andProduct Development

  • Opportunity to be involved in continuous identification ofnew product concepts,varietiesand new systems/refinement in harvesting to meet the changing needs of our customers and establish a competitive advantage forthe business.
  • Involvement in improvement projects, aiding in the design,manufacture, and validation of equipment.

The ideal candidate we are looking for:

  • Wantsto be part of the future of Engineering
  • Is a team player who can demonstrate the ability to problem-solve, adapt the way they work, andthink logically in how they approachtasks.
  • Has aminimum of4 GCSE’s including Maths & English 9-4 or equivalent
  • Can communicate with a range of people and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a full time position, with time allocated to study towards your Level 3 MOET qualification.
