Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the SAP MRP system to verify, analyse, and act on system messages.
  • Track daily shortages and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Reduce stock holding while managing and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Maintain and improve supplier relationships through constant communication.
• Forecasting and Planning:
  • Create and monitor advanced procurement Bills of Materials.
  • Calculate, verify, and confirm forecasts using the LTP.
  • Manage master data updates and reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Report potential supply risks and shortages to senior management.
  • Respond to product quality issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Degree qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Mastery of materials control skills with full autonomy, except in very complex situations – minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Ability to evaluate and act on MRP messages daily.
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills desirable.
  • Strong IT skills and good written and oral communication abilities.
