Behavioural Teaching Assistant needed now As a dedicated member of our staff, you will contribute to maintaining a positive learning atmosphere and supporting pupils' behavioral development. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our pupils. If you have experience in behavioral interventions and are passionate about fostering a positive school environment, apply now. We have positions available in Primary, Secondary or alternative provisions. The competitive pay rate for this position is between £84 and £90 per day, depending on experience. This position will commence ASAP on a full-time basis. You will be required for the rest of the academic year with the possibility of extension. **You must have UK based experience** About you The successful Teaching Assistant will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high achieving class. In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with the class teacher and support the academic attainment of child with behavioural difficulties on a one-to-one basis. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment Provide one-on-one support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring their understanding of the curriculum Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, including setting up equipment and organising resources for lessons Build a positive rapport with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect Work effectively as a team player with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources and best practice Essential Requirements:
- Excellent references to support previous experience in supporting pupil with behavioural difficulties
- A CV that covers your full emolpyment history
- The right to work in the UK
