Job Summary:

We are a leading Dental Group based near Bristol, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. Currently, we are seeking a skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our team at Weston-Super-Mare Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise:

• Perform complex dental procedures.
• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in endodontics.

Patient Care:

• Build strong patient relationships and provide exceptional care in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Address patient concerns and ensure a positive overall patient experience.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor junior dentists and dental staff to maintain a high level of clinical quality.
• Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans and ensure effective coordination of patient care.
• Lead by example and set clinical standards for the team.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and treatment plans efficiently.
• Contribute to the clinic's growth and success through effective patient retention and referrals.

Continuous Learning:

• Attend relevant dental seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Share knowledge and expertise with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) in the UK and NHS Performer Number.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
