Finance Systems Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Reed is partnered witha global creative agency with a rich heritage in film production, they areexpanding our team and looking for a Finance Systems (Synergist) Specialistto helpstreamline their financial operations across our global offices.
Design and implement best practice finance workflows fornew systems, Synergist and Xero, ensuring alignment with our revenue recognition policy and WIP management.
Maximise account link automation between Synergist and Xero to improve efficiency.
Conduct training sessions for the internal team to ensure a smooth transition to the updated workflow.
Assist in the creation of a new Group KPI scorecard, integrating relevant reporting from Synergist and Xero.
Proven experience in finance systems implementation and management.
Strong understanding of financial workflows, revenue recognition policies, and WIP management.
Experience with Synergist and Xero, or similar financial systems.
Ability to design and automate complex financial reports.
Excellent training and communication skills to effectively teach new systems and processes.
