This post is full time and permanent (MPS - UPS) plus TLR 2.If you are passionate about providing pastoral care and guidance to pupils, offering support with academic progress, personal development, and future aspirations, then we would like to hear from you.
collaborate with parents, the sixth form coordinator, and external agencies where appropriate to ensure safeguarding of students, and high quality pastoral care.
support students with applications for university, apprenticeships or employment
jointly manage work experience organisation.
assist in organising a range of career opportunities to inform future decisions and enhance applications.
develop enrichment opportunities for students including volunteering in school and the local community.
