Overseeing the identification and assessment of students with SEND, ensuring appropriate interventions and support are in place. Leading the annual review process for students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of SEND students and provision. Ensuring effective use of SEND funding and resources to maximize impact.
