Job Title: Marketing Operations Project Manager, International

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Salary: £65k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £335 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

  • We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations project manager to join the Strategy and Operations Team.
  • This is an exciting role where you will work closely with colleagues in different regions and teams to project manage Martech rollout across the International Global Marketing Organisation (GMO). You will promote best practice across the team and work closely with our counterparts at corporate to share the international story and provide direct feedback. This role will work heavily with Workfront, so experience of this or a similar marketing project management platform is essential.
  • The Marketing Operations Project Manager will also support the International Finance Manager with performing and optimising the quarterly and annual budget process for EMEA, APAC and Japan, so we are looking for someone confident with numbers and proficient at Excel.
  • This exciting role requires someone who is excellent at creating structure from ambiguity and thrives in solving tough problems with creative solutions. Duties:

Martech Project Manager (International)

  • Closely collaborating with the US and International marketing teams to confirm and extend relevant Workfront use cases and functionalities.
  • Leading enablement and adoption of Workfront across relevant teams in EMEA, APAC and Japan.
  • Monitoring workflows, tasks and assignments via Workfront as central 'traffic manager'
  • Regularly updating the existing SharePoint sites from the Strategy & Operations team with relevant content.
  • Extending the content and knowledge repository via SharePoint to increase self-serve options for all regional marketing teams.

Budget Management

  • Supporting management of variable marketing budget for International, particularly with Japan and APAC.
  • Responsible to update budget management reporting (PowerBI + Excel) and collaborate with corporate stakeholders on providing actionable insights.
  • Explore alternative reporting solutions to provide single-source-of-truth to marketers, including utilising and integrating client’s tech incl. Workfront.

Skills:

  • 5+ years project management experience.
  • A project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 would be a benefit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other are beneficial).
  • Deep attention to detail but able to operate quickly.
  • Strong experience with Workfront (or similar marketing project management tool), Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is essential.
  • Experience working with multiple key stakeholders in an international role.
