ISR has a new position for a Head of Portfolio Engineering for Electronic Warfare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on an exciting range of high profile projects. To succeed in this role, you will have an engineering background, with a rounded knowledge of hardware systems, software and safety. You could be working in Project Management and be looking to move into Engineering Management, or be working in Engineering and wanting to expand and diversify your experience, particularly in leadership. As part of the ISR Engineering Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to help develop the ISR Engineering Capability supporting the Engineering Director. Therefore, strong engineering leadership is an essential attribute in this role.
You will also be involved in engineering management, defining and executing strategy and creating and maintaining the vision of how to get it done.

# You should be looking for a challenge across Engineering Management and Leadership. Using your ability to anticipate risks, identify delivery issues early, and mitigate through pro-active recovery plans to avoid cost/schedule/quality impacts, you will lead the Electronic Warfare Portfolio with confidence and considerateness. Your sound commercial awareness and ability to balance technical with commercial needs will stand you in good stead to succeed. You will be able to demonstrate significant successful Engineering Leadership and Management competence and experience gained across the acquisition lifecycle with breadth across Systems, Software and Hardware Engineering.
